Ms. Katje earned her Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law, San Diego, California. She was a Dean's Honor List recipient and graduated Cum Laude. She was also a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts I and Contracts II. She was a Member of California Western School of Law Law Review and International Law Journal, Associate Editor.

Ms. Katje was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003 and is a Member of the American Bar Association and San Diego County Bar Association. Ms. Katje has worked with such distinguished firms as Morrison & Foerster (named Chambers Global's USA Law Firm of the Year in 2013 and recently listed in the top 10 law firms in the country by U.S. News and World Report).

Ms. Katje is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.

Ms. Katje is experienced in drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys, Healthcare Directives and other vital Estate Planning documents and is qualified to advise you on what is appropriate for your Estate Planning needs. In addition, Ms. Katje is experienced in the formation of all types of California entities, including Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies.

Jeffrey Ogorek

Attorney



Mr. Ogorek earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2012, where he received the Hasting 1066 Foundation Scholarship and graduated with Pro Bono Honors for his significant non-profit service to the community.

While at Hastings, Mr. Ogorek served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal. During his tenure as Editor-in-Chief, the Journal was cited by the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ogorek also participated in the Hastings Civil Clinic where he represented low income tenants before the San Francisco Rent Board, was a research assistant for criminal law developments, and interned at the Oakland City Attorneys' Office, where he completed research projects and drafted motions on a wide range of municipal law issues.

Mr. Ogorek was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012 and is also licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Ogorek has represented both individuals and business entities in a wide range of estate planning, probate, real estate, and business transactions and litigation matters from the earliest stages of case planning through judgment enforcement.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ogorek received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature magma cum laude from the University of California, Irvine and minored in Philosophy. While attending UC Irvine, Mr. Ogorek studies abroad at Cambridge University, was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa, and participated in the Humanities Honors Program.

Rex Phillips

Mr. Phillips earned his Juris Doctorate at Glendale University College of Law, Glendale, California and graduated with honors.

Mr. Phillips was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005 and is also admitted to practice as a member of the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Federal District Courts.

Mr. Phillips has been practicing law for over ten years with a background in working for such distinguished law firms as La Follette, Johnson, De Haas, Fesler & Ames in the complex area of medical malpractice defense and Bryan Cave LLP in representing major institutional clients. Mr. Phillips also has an extensive background in the field of business formation and corporate compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations. Additionally, Mr. Phillips has litigated a wide array of cases involving business litigation, employment law, and personal injury.
